Measured Building Surveys

We offer measured building surveys that are carried out to the very highest standards of practice, in accordance with RICS specification “Survey of Land, Buildings and Utility Services at Scales of 1:500 and Larger”.

Depending on what you need the measured building survey for, we can provide three different types of survey:
 

• Un-connected surveys could be used for purposes such as determining the let-able areas of a building, on a room by room basis.

• Semi-connected surveys would be used for purposes such as internal refurbishment where no major structural alterations are intended.

• Fully-connected surveys would be used where the precise relationship between different parts of a building is required, such as during major structural alterations. Only by using this method can a vertical relationship between elements of a structure be determined.
